Availability of items
- within 7 days > in stock in our warehouse.
- within 3-6 weeks > on their way to our warehouse.
- within 2-4 months > in production or made to order.
- temporarily out of stock > items we will be making in the next few months for which we do not yet have a lead time.
If you order several items with different delivery times:
- The longest delivery time will be taken into account in order to send you your entire order at the same time.
- If you wish to receive your items according to their availability, order them separately.
Available modes of transport
Delivery to a collection point: an economical delivery to a Cchezvous collection point within 7 - 12 days.
Classic delivery: a standard and economical delivery by appointment to the doorstep or foot of the building within 7 -12 days.
Comfortable delivery: a top-of-the-range delivery by appointment in the room of your choice, even on the floor. Peace of mind guaranteed.
Premium delivery: a high-end delivery by appointment to the room of your choice, even upstairs. Peace of mind guaranteed. We also assemble your furniture and collect the packaging.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday from 6am to 8pm. Sunday delivery is only available in certain cities.

Delivery costs are calculated according to the overall weight of the order and the country of destination.

Making an appointment
Upon receipt of the parcels on your regional Cchezvous platform, an email and a sms is sent to you with the date and time of your delivery appointment.
The day before delivery: depending on the delivery method, you will receive an SMS and an e-mail indicating a 2-hour delivery slot.
We ask you to check the general condition of your package, especially if there is any external damage. In case of doubt, please call our customer service immediately.
If you refuse a package, please contact Stefano Design customer service to choose between :
- a new shipment of the item (if available)
- a full refund of your order
Shift your delivery
After shipment: the appointment date can be changed up to 48 hours before delivery.
Before shipment: if you wish to postpone the delivery of your items because you are going on holiday or will be away for a long period of time, please contact customer service by telephone before placing your order.
